During every event we struggle with how we can accommodate all of our guests in the auditorium with regards to seating arrangements. We have tried lotteries, first come-first serve, changing seats while your child is performing and so on. Unfortunately, after every event we receive complaints that people held seats for others who were "on their way" or "in the restroom" while they are left standing in the back even though they may have arrived sooner.

As was done last year, NOBODY will be allowed to hold a seat for someone who isn't physically present and ready to be seated. However, we will seat anyone requesting handicapped seating first. Please contact the Administration Office to request handicapped seating. Also be advised that if you choose handicapped seating in the first row, that does not mean your family will be seated with you.
